OK, I'll give it 5 stars although there were a couple things I would have preferred.It flushes strongly as expected. The circular action of the water helps to clean the bowl while flushing. It is very heavy similar to other smart toilets as compared to a traditional flush toilet. Nicely looking, works great, and quiet.The hose and fittings that come with the toilet assume you will install it to a brand-new water line as compared to replacing an existing toilet.

First of all EPLO customer service is fabulous! I ended them and b they emailed me but their email went to spam so they messaged me on WhatsApp and gave me instructions from a video they provided to initialize the toilet seat for the first time. Definitely 5 stars.
The toilet itself is very nice and has a lot of great automated bidet features. The flush works great, and I really like the soap feature as well. I also like that, as a man, you can stand in front of it, tap near the bottom with your foot, and it will automatically open both the lid and the seat.The features are excellent, the flush works well, and the design is very convenient.

Best smart toilet I've used. Packed with features that actually work: auto open/close, foot sensor, auto flush, heated seat, instant warm wash, moving dryer, foam shield, and a strong flush that doesn't clog. Cleaner bowl, less paper, and the ADA height is comfortable.Had one question for support and they replied fast and solved it.Would happily test other EPLO models. This one set a high bar.

I recently purchased a loft as a first time homeowner. They had an old fashioned toilet, of course, but the loft had been empty for a while and the toilet needed some work (wax ring decay). I had recently been to Kohler and was admiring their smart toilets...but the prices were so extreme I thought that unlikely. I did some research and found the positive experiences to be nearly universal. So I decided to try one myself!They're still not exactly "cheap" by the standards of old fashioned toilets. But this has every single bell and whistle that the far more expensive Kohler had. And it looks terrific, too. Heated bidet, heated seat, self-cleaning, deodorizing, built in ambient lighting, whisper quiet flushing, ergononic seating that helps with posture, stance, and comfort. So much more, too. THIS TOILET HAS EVERYTHING! I just love it. I tell my friends that the Queen of England herself would be delighted to come and relieve her biological urges in my bathroom on my EPLO toilet.I might be making jokes. But in all seriousness, this toilet has changed my life for the better. Every other toilet I come into contact with pales in comparison. I'm not kidding. I try not to "go" when I'm away from home for a little while. Knowing that things will be better if I do it at home. Certainly more hygienic. I'm so grateful that EPLO has stepped up to offer an affordable luxury alternative to the absurdly priced legacy brands like Kohler. This is the smart choice. If I'm ever in further need of a toilet, EPLO will be my first choice. And I recommend it to everyone.
